MO How-To: Change Your Front Wheel Without a Stand

Most home bike mechanics have a rear-wheel stand, but not everybody has a front-end one – and that can lead to all sorts of possible disasters and awkwardness as you attempt to elevate that front end by balancing your bike on a jack, hoisting it from the garage rafters, having your Significant Other hold it in the air – I think we’ve all been there.

The skills here are less impressive than I thought at first when it looked like there was only one guy on the bike, thanks to the not great video quality – but that really makes it even more practical for people like me who only have friends who are expert wheeliers. Luckily, this is all in German so I barely understand a word these guys are saying, which makes it even more fun to watch.
