If you were growing bored with the performance of your 110-inch H-D Big Twin (like the one I got to ride in the new Low Rider S a few weeks ago), now there’s a simple bolt-on solution. H-D’s Screamin’ Eagle Street Performance Kit uses all the things you see in the photo, along with the stock cylinder heads, to pump out 110 rear-wheel horsepower and 113 ft.-lbs. of torque, says Harley. You don’t have to disassemble the rest of the engine, and it’s only going to set you back $2,095.95.

Nice to see them support the “aftermarket” but I am skeptical of the performance claims. It will be sweet if it turns out to be true, but as of now my spidey sense is tingling. Somehow a 6% displacement increase, performance cam and let’s assume a higher compression piston are producing a 46% increase in rear wheel power; not to mention on the stock heads… Just seems suspect to me.

      Agree. Good analysis.
