Bought a Scooter for my husband. Spent months trying to get paperwork and parts that should have been part of the sale. The idiot wanted to charge me!! After multiple rude emails from him, I hired a lawyer. I eventually got what I was entitled to but that was 6 months and $$$ in legal fees. By calling him an idiot, I am being polite. Sold the scooter, at a loss just so there would be no ties to him or his business. According to the Albany paper, I was not the only one that took him to court. Avoid this place...travel extra miles, pay extra...in the long run you will be happier. BTW, my husband drives a Harley now...

Bought a $3500 scooter and got robbed. The titles are all fabricated and these guys are switching around VIN numbers as well. Called Allstate insurance and they confirmed the suspicious activity. In fact they refused to insure the bike because of the practices. They refuse to refund the money even though I still do not have a legal scooter! I should of known better when I saw the scooters are all dusty and scratched up! Go somewhere else....trust me!

I bought my Vespa from them in 2009, and they helped me through the process. There were a few falters where I didn't know that I had to send them information that slowed me down a bit, but generally they did their best to get me my scooter as fast as they could. ---- In the intervening three years, I've put about 4700 Miles on my GTV, and I've gone back for my regular scheduled service. They have been very accommodating of my odd schedule, and I haven't had any problems with them. I haven't had problems with responsiveness, and I even chat with the owners occasionally who keep up with me, and how my Vespa are doing. Overall, I think they do the best they can to provide excellent customer service. What more can you ask for?

kind of expensive but definitely expensive on repair work and they take forever. They charged me almost $300 to do repair that was never done. Just be careful please.
