We purchased a used 2015 F3 S from a gentleman in Land O' Lakes who had purchased the bike in April from this dealership. We were traveling back to VA and the staff were so helpful in getting us in to remove changes to accommodate his handicap. Both the service staff (David) and Charlie (mechanic) were wonderful and got us on the road. We were very pleased with the service and would certainly return to this center for future purchases or work when in the area!

Recently purchased a new Honda ATV. When I made the purchase they didn't have the wheel kit I wanted in stock. After doing my paperwork, they inform me they could have a set of tires, rims, and a lift kit ready for me in two days. I left the ATV and then picked it up ready to go in two days. Everything I wanted from a top of the line dealership! Great sales support, great parts people, and the service department was awesome! I will be back in a few weeks for my 1st service! Cant wait to buy my next ATV from Tampa Bay Powersports.

Avoid this service center. I asked for diagnostic on a starting problem in which I told them specifically where I thought the problem was, as well an oil change and safety check. $180 dollars later I was told there was no problem. I ended up stranded in the middle of the state with a bike that would not start. I diagnosed the problem myself and replaced a $20 part. I am sure that it would have been another $200 if I let them do it. And $180 is their charge for an oil change.....That should cost less then half that amount. From now on, I will change my own oil. This place is a ripoff.

Steven, thank you for alerting us to a situation. Unfortunately your concern of a starting issue wasn't correctly identified while the vehicle was being serviced. We always intend to provide proper service. We identified a loose battery terminal as a cause for the intermittent issue. Went to store for the second time and wasn't sure I was ready to purchase but they didn't pressure me and before you know it i'm riding out on a new Honda.

I was very pleased with the overall experience.
