I will not return to Spokane Powersports after my experience with a lightbar installation. I was charged 243.54 plus tax for an install that did not occur. I have no issues with the service personnel or the salesmen but the problem involves their service manager, Spencer. The whole issue revolves ... around a windshield installed by Spokane Powersports and the inability to install a Honda lightbar. I was told I would need to get a different windshield to install the lightbar. I was offered 15% off the price of a new windshield so they could install the lightbar. I paid the last bill and will not return even for a recall. If this was an automobile repair, the labor for the install of the lightbar would not have been billed for. The true test of a good customer service is how they handle less than optimal situations. The service manager failed his customer service test.
In addition, when I walked in to the service department to pay this bill.....a male with tatoos , no nametag and street clothes would not even look up from his computer to acknowledge my presence. He went to the window and bellowed for Kevin two times. Kevin rang me up and apologized. All I wanted was an apology for this mix up and to make the wrong righter for both parties. That did not happen. I paid the full bill and left.
Kevin has done a great job with my bike since I purchased it at Spokane Powersports. Greg, the salesman, apologized and accepted the responsibilty of not offering me a road service plan when I bought the bike. I will miss those two guys but I can't continue to support the poor customer service.

THIS DEALERSHIPS SERVICE DEPT SUCKS. I MANAGE A PARTS DEPT FOR A NEW CAR DEALERSHIP AND OUR GOAL IS TO ASSIST OUR CUSTOMERS HOW EVER POSSIBLE.
I HAVE PURCHASED MY PARTS HERE AND I CALLED FOR A SIMPLE QUESTION (PLUG
GAP) AND WAS TOLD THEY WON'T SUPPLY THAT INFORMATION BECAUSE THEY MAKE ...
MONEY BUY INSTALLING THEM AND THEY WON'T HELP ME DO IT MYSELF.
NOT ONLY ARE THEY NOT GETTING ANY OF MY PARTS BUSINESS BUT WHEN I HAVE A PROJECT THAT REQUIRES SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT YOU CAN BE ASSURED IT WON'T BE THEM

I was interested in an ATV, and I heard about powersports from a friend so I went there. I was greeted at the door, and was even offered a coffee. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the different atvs. Overall a very good experience.
