The staff at Sheldons were so awesome. Samantha my sales girl was the best. Decker the general manager and Steve were just as great. They stayed way past closing to make sure I got the deal I wanted and then some. Couldn't be anymore happier with the crew at Sheldons

Just a awesome group of people bend over backwards to get you going. Bike is for my son graduation and the focks at Sheldon's are putting together a display with blones and a banner for the reveal when we go to present bike to my son.

Bike is an amazing ride. My salesperson helped me get a nice comfortable bike. Needless to say I am very happy with my bike.

I have never been so happy with the staff the new manager is super makes you feel at home every time you stop by.

This has been the worst experience ever!!! My bike has been there for two months and I can't even get a simple call back or a status update from one person without having to get vulgar and lose my shit on the phone for them to finally listen. Not a single person at this dealership is well guided nor do they really seem to give a shit about anything to do with customer service or the customer experience. I've now been CALLING AND EMAILING every other day being told that my bikes going to be ready and then every time I call it's not. The service manager Lou said he was taking over my "file" -the one they can never find, yet even he doesn't get back to me. This has been the worst experience trying to get my bike repaired. I knew it would be lengthy but never imagined this. I wouldn't even have wished this on my worst enemy. SHELDONS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO!!! BEWARE
