Rick Roush Motor Sports

Bought 4 ATVs from them and was about to by another however was lied to about the financing and did not take delivery of the last unit. Normally given a 20% discount at delivery for the store was told I could not have it because I did not take delivery of the 3rd unit!! ( I guess the 2 I did buy ... did not count) Went down the street and bout 2 more units at the promised financing as over $1000 on riding gear. Never buy there again

When you go in ask for Sam, she knows her stuff. I am so pleased with how helpful she was. She actually helped you and didnt rip you off like most dealers. She made sure All of my questions were answered before i took my band new 2014 Kawasaki 250 home. She was so great to my girlfriend and I. Thank ... you again Sam!

I just purchased my first street bike the Yamaha FZ-09 with liquid graphite wheels, sick bike!! As soon as I walked into Rick Roush motor sports I was immediately greeted by Sam aka Samantha and cordially walked around the shop with her asking her many questions which she was happy to answer. ... Long story short I bought the bike mentioned above and was very glad to have met Sam who showed great sales person etiquette! I would highly recommend Sam and the Rick Roush team for your next toy!

I only dealt with the parts department, & my experience was amazing. Some dealerships seem to sometimes treat girls different &/or ignore us, but this wasn't the case at Roush. I received the best service while buying a helmet & jacket. Everyone was so helpful & really knew the products to help ... me buy the right items. They have so many different styles & options for girls riding in both helmets & jackets. I WILL be back to shop at Roush!!!

I love Rick Roush Motorsports! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Their showroom is beyond awesome! The staff is always friendly and the selection of bikes and atvs is like no other! If you are an avid rider and you haven't visited Roush yet... You are missing out! The only thing I'd change would ... be to have them open on Sundays too :)

I dread walking through the doors. Ironically I'm a long time customer due to convenience. No longer. The unprofessional sales staff and nickel dime mentality from management down sends a simple message that Customers are a disruption to the "sales" team. I have finally been driven away. Do yourself ... a favor shop at a dealership with knowledgeable professionals who are competitively priced. If you have to check it out try this. Walk through the doors and wait for a pleasant well spoken sales member to greet you and actually engage you in meaningful conversation and actually answer your questions with more than one word. Good luck! The showroom is very nice, the accessory department well stocked. Unfortunately Roush Motor Sports is missing the most important ingredient to a great experience. Its a professionally trained educated team. Never going back!
