Everyone at Performance Powersports was phenomenal to work with. I was screwed over by another dealership and PP worked with me to make sure that I got the bike I wanted at a great price. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by multiple people and taken to inspect the bike I was interested in. Brian and Grant, the sales reps I worked with, gave me a knowledgable rundown of the bike and set me up for a test drive. The owner, Kurt, knew that I had a long ride home and took the time to print out a safe and scenic route for me to take. The administrative staff were lovely and made filling out the paperwork a breeze.

Unfortunately, I mistakenly left the parking lights on while I was filling out the paperwork and the battery died. Kevin and his service crew quickly charged the battery so I could leave the lot. However, the team at PP went above and beyond even that. 45 minutes after I left the lot, the battery died again because I hadn't let it charge up enough. They graciously sent out a service truck to charge the battery for me again! That is service that you just don't find anymore and I cannot express how grateful I am.

This dealership is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with and I cannot recommend them enough. The service was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and a pleasure to work with. If you are at all interested in purchasing a performance vehicle, I would head straight for their lot.

Ok so I left the last review on this site. (its the really long one) And it got worse before it got better. But it did get much better. Much much much better. But anyways I am in Del Rio, TX now and had someone out here working on it. He got it running by changing the Trigger Coil. But when he gave it gas the carb would start pouring out gas. When he said that I came over and watched him take the carb apart and the carb was broken. I called Performance to tell them the whole story and they explained that they had it marked down the it was the Trigger Coil that was bad and despite the whole thing happening last January they decided to send me parts to fix the bike for free!!!! I was never expecting that they more than changed my mind about them. Just talk to Brian and he will take care of you.

Please Read This Whole Story and you will rethink going here for anything.

I know this is an ATV website but I went to Performance Powersports in Seneca to get my bike fixed. This was the worst experience ever. Literally my worst customer service story that I have. I brought the bike and told them what I thought was wrong with it. I said I think the carb is junked up or the jets are dirty and/or the spark plugs need to be changed. They said that they were still going to run the diagnostic and charge me for it. Most everybody does so I was okay with this. Sure enough they said that the carbs needed to be rebuilt and the spark plugs needed to be changed. Whether they needed to rebuild the carbs or not I don't know. I think that they were just dirty but I trusted them. SO I talk to the guy working the desk and he has $1,000 worth of repair that he wants to do. (The bike is only worth 2500 at most.) The two things that I mentioned before a oil change and the intake boot. I wasnt going to fix all this and I just wanted it running and I was thinking about selling it anyway so I just wanted to make sure I wasnt getting talked down on a selling price for having it not running. I would let people know what was wrong with it. So he said I can get you a running bike for $500. I said ok do it. Come back weeks later to pick it up. I get dropped of, pay for it and the bike wont start. I sit there for literaly hours, miss class, and they come out and tell my that the ignition coil shorted out since it had been there and it was going to cost me $260 to fix it. I said no way give me my bike back now. First of all they obviously didnt do the diagnostic that I paid for and it happened while it was here. If you broke it, or it breaks in your care, you fix it or at least dont charge me out the butt for it. Then when I go the bike back they didnt even put it all back together and the speedometer and center display wasnt even attached. They handed that too me along with a fraction of the screws that I needed to have to put it back on. And I had to get it towed to another bike shop that said nothing was wrong with the ingnition coil!!!!

Excellent Staff , fun atmosphere and a great place to buy from. Sales staff is very friendly and willing to spend time answering any questions I have. Service staff gets me in for my maintenance when I need it and I get REAL service, not just a oil and filter change and then get charged for a complete service like other dealers I have been to. If you haven't been to this dealer, I recommend checking them out.

Extremely POOR Customer Service both for Service Department and also for Sales Staff. Waited 6 days just to get a phone call returned...finally gave up.

Poorly trained staff, HORRIBLE phone system and no Customer Service skills whatsoever!

Will NEVER go there again!
