Buying my 850 from Olsen's was a great experience. Everything was ready when they said it would be and have not had an ounce of trouble with service. The owners were very nice and have greated me with a smile every time I have walked in the door. It is a relaxed environment and I have never felt pressured to buy. Walking in everything is clean and organized from floor to ceiling.

I also don't have expectations of my belt surviving a bad clutch. I also don't expect people to respond to me by using "Run" as my name.

I've had good luck when buying chainsaws and accessories at Olsen's so when I decided to get a 4 wheeler I started there. After telling the sales lady that I had never had one before she asked what I was going to be using it for and recommended a model that would fit my buget and get the job done. I also added a couple of the accessories that she said might be helpful for me in the field, etc. I really like my new Polaris.

I have never been so satisfied with the experience I had at Olsen's. I bought my second four wheeler from them. The price as very competitive with other places I had called. The salesman I delt with was extremely knowledgeable about the product and by the time I left I felt like I knew every detail there was to know about the wheeler.

I was so satisfied with the purchase I made, I took my dads four-wheeler there to get worked on. It was acting up and even though I know my fair share about it I couldn't figure it out. I took it in and was told that the wait time was two or three days even though the service lot was filled to the brim. They fixed me up and even notice a few minor repairs that saved me huge $$$ in the long run. I was very pleased with the way the service department called before making any repairs as well.

Needless to say, i have never been happier with the service I received from Olsen's. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or get service work done.

I bought a side by side at this dealership as a surprise to my husband. I have never made a purchase of a Ranger without my husband being there and I found that the sales staff was patient and very helpful. No one made me feel uncomfortable even though I had many questions the average customer may know the answers to. The service department even jumped in and offered to deliver the Ranger so I could pull off the surprise to my husband. I have told many of my friends about this dealership.

On the other hand I'm not an idiot that would expect my junk clutch to leave my belt unharmed. Also, if I was in a horrible accident and my manhood was completely ripped off I still wouldn't buy a moped so I can't speak for that either.

We drove from Des Moines to purchase a vehicle from Olsen's because of the price. The original sale went smoothly. The salesman was not very knowledgeable about his product. They had a hard time comprehending the adding of taxes/licensing to the sale.

Then after the sale, it got much worse! It took three months to get plates, and the loan documents because of errors on the dealers part. The dealer blamed everyone they could, that it was not their delay.

They gave us a set of spare keys, that don't event fit, or belong to this vehicle!

They do not return calls or emails. They are not helpful or willing to help resolve issues. They just want to place blame on the State, the Lender or anyone they can for any delays, or problems.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!
