UPDATE...........the last review talked about my can-am having service and leaking out oil. Doug Mosites stepped up and made it right and even went on to take care of me with the other can-am that I bought there,and I am very happy with the end result and will go back for all of my service needs.
I wrote a review on 6/30/2012 expressing my frustrations with the lack of customer service from BRP. I also stated that I was not satisfied at the time with the dealer’s response. I was contacted today by the dealer and apparently after much work on their part with BRP the issue is now resolved to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Mosites they really went the extra mile to resolve the issue. I will definitely purchase from them again.
sales people great-support sucks. purchased a new spyder rss on monday 6-25-12 just before they closed. on early wednesday morning 6-27-12 can-am had a radio advertisement for a two years limited warranty free if a can-am spyder was purchased before 7-10-12. called and asked why i was not told about it as i would have waited until wednesday to sign the papers. the sales people did not know anything about it. turns out the spyder had to be purchased on or after 6-27-12. called can-am sales reps. twice, may as well have talked to two monkeys at the pittsburgh zoo. the dealer stated that they were not notified until the 27th. if this is the way bombardier operates how do they stay in business
DO NOT EVER HAVE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had my 10 hour rip off done and a couple of week end later I am riding and the oil filter cover was loose and all of the oil drained out! Waiting to see what they will do about the damage to my new 8 thousand plus atv that is not even 6 months old.
