I have been working here for several years and can say this, the dealership has grown alot over the past several years and has had to make adjustments along the way. This has undoubtedly caused a few hiccups along the way and I am sure left a few customers wondering wtf. I am confident that has been on a very limited basis and anytime the customer has expressed concern I have always witnessed an appropriate response by my manager. Now as for our future we as employees are happy about the new ownership that took place this month as well as the new manager. We are excited about our new building coming this Fall and the renewed energy as well as the focus on "a complete customer experience". I am happy to have been and continue to be a part of this dealership. As to the joker saying "Andy" Leer (there is no Andy Leer), you work with, (if your going to tell lies you could at least get the right name) it's Jeff, son of Jim Leer RIP, who went to Deere and he didn't leave because he was unhappy he left with a heavy heart to a better opportunity for him and his family. End of story.

Awesome new owner and management. I see they are building a brand new dealership on hwy 20 by Camping World, I cant wait to see it. Go there and see how much different it is and how positive everyone is now that it's under new ownership. I didn't think it was bad before like some of you but I can say it is way more fun to go there now. I have always received good service and fair pricing on my new bikes and snowmobiles from them but now I think it will be even better with the new awesome attitudes that are there, they are obviously happy and outgoing with the customers now. Btw they got the international snowmobile dealer of the year last year, nominated by the clubs and customers, And Ski Doo dealer of the year this year and that don't happen unless you are good to your customers.

No Dustin I'm not a ex-employee or a entitled person I work hard for my money. I just expected a fair value for my trade ins and the salespersons address my questions in a professional manure. So I went to mcgrafts received fair value on my trade ins and placed 2 snowchecks one for a 2015 Polaris axis 800 pro R X and Yamaha viper R . So I guess Leers is raking in the sales so they won't miss my orders and must have so many units being sold they can turn away customers. There is a rule in sales for every one person upset they tell twelve others. FYI I know several ex-employes and they have gone onto bigger and better things. This includes Andy Leer who I work with at Deer's who left there because of the new owner.

Outstanding dealer extremely helpful and accommodating to my needs and great service department. Other reviews must be written by a disgruntled entitled person or ex employee and by the wording used its the same person with an attitude problem.

People advised me not to go to leers so I thought I go see for myself they couldn't be that bad. Those poeple were kind in their view of leers it was much much worse . if they were selling bad attitudes they would have market cornered.

I should have listened to what people told me about leers very difficult to deal with. I will never again go into that shop.

People advised me not to go to leers they found them difficult to deal with that was a understatement. I found the shop very confusing and the staff didn't seem to know much about their units.
