I've been doing business with these guys for quite a while. I feel right at home. They say it as it is and give great info for the backyard mechanic like me. Recently I had personal issues with buying and picking up a Monkey 125 and they helped my wife like she was the queen. It was awesome. I can't say enough for these guys!

They have always found my problem and gave me detailed instructions on what I needed to do to keep my ATV s running longer.

My rating on this business isn't why I'm writing a review, I'm giving it top ratings just to do it and doesn't reflect the actual service.

Fred Hermon, you've left numerous bad reviews and we get it you're unhappy with how you allegedly were treated. What I don't understand is your purchase was back in 2004 and your issue was for service back in 2004, yet you still harp on the issue in 2014 as if it were yesterday!! The service you received wouldn't cause you not to use your ATV for 10 F'ing years haha.

You're upset over a "SELF-SERVICE BROCHURE" after 10 years, get over it and/or use the internet for what it is and just download and print a new damn self-service brochure.

I had same experience as Mr Cruise in 2004. Bought a Honda Rancher ATV there. Took it home,found out the simple self-service brochure which accompanies all Honda vehicals was missing. Went back to the dealer and asked for it. The counter girl was rude and the owner went gonzo on me for requesting the brochure. I was stunned. Never got the brochure which describes how to change the oil,spark plugs,etc. It's a twenty five cent brochure,so none of this made sense. I drove the ATV several times then parked it in my garage where it has sat undriven since 2004. All in all the worst business-experience I've suffered during my lifetime.

Poor customer service. The girl behind the counter was very rude and seemed uninterested in what I was needing. I would have taken my business else where without another thought, but I was riding thru town and needed a part. I have heard stories of similar content from rider friends passing thru and even living in this town. Very sad , just seems like knowing your the only motorcycle shop gives you the entitlement to be rude to your customers who keep you in business !!!!
