I would strongly urge caution doing business with RYAN GERNERT of Schuylkill Haven. We up here at Matto's got burnt terrible by him. We fixed his quad over the tail end of winter of 2012 in our service shop. During the long process of doing the ... laundry list of rebuild services we did to his quad he was nice as pie to us, he came to our shop and we brought him back in the mechanics bay to show him physically what is going on with his quad and during the whole process he almost developed a friendship with us. However when the bill was racked up and it was ready for pickup he came up to our shop and came to the counter and said im gonna pay for some of my bill and then get you later. Good enough I said of course however I turned my back he went backed and talked to our mechanic and said thanks once again for everything and took his quad and loaded it in the back of his truck while I was busy assisting another customer and my back was turned. I feel stupid and guilty for not having my eyes on him. He left us high and dry for $800 worth of services and its been months and we left numerous voicemails and no return calls or sightings of him. This is a big lesson learned to me, dont trust him folks the dude is a CROOK. However do not get the wrong impression of us this is a family ran mom and dad small box dealership we do this because we love it and we dont just sit up here taking peoples money and robbing customers thats NOT right. However getting robbed really sucks especially since this happened right after the large burglary we suffered back in January 2013.

had my atv in for repair work, was given it back not fixed, got home and woul;dn't even start! had to go back, spent a 100 bucks in gas going back and forth!

I had to take it back, after finding out it didn't run!!

then after 3 + weeks, got it back, missing plastic clips on many parts, ... from fenders to handlebar coves and found two botls broken off and stuck in the holes!

they never even tried to remove or replace them!, and then was also missing some bolts and nuts holding parts together, and last the parts they replaced, were aftermarket parts not OEM, was never asked if I cared!, ??? and were not even mounted corectly,had my CDI box dangling off its wires? hitting my tire as I drove???

and the very last, they were asked to fix and replace two oil leaks, and they never touched them

even after having it apart and having it for almost a full month, WTH !!

I will say they were friendly folks, but after spending almost a grand on a repair and having to put it back together and buy clips and nuts and bolts myself??

, and not even being fixed for all of what it was there for??

I cannot say I would go back for a repait again!!

sorry, but paying for services and not getting them, sucks and is not good business practice if you ask me in this modern age!
