Had my sled repaired. Fast, courteous, fair, reasonably priced, professional. I'd send my friends to them.

On June 16, 2014 I dropped off two 4 wheelers at K&W Cycle for service repair. I own one of the 4 wheelers and my brother owns the other one. I was told by K&W Cycle that both of the 4 wheelers needed new master cylinders and front brake pads. I agreed and told K&W Cycle to fix them. A couple of ...

I received a call a couple of weeks later on July 16th and both of the 4 wheelers were complete, and ready to be picked up. I called K&W Cycle and spoke with Charlie, I paid the bill of $1,346.95 over the phone asking several times, "Are both 4 wheelers are all set, and in working condition?" Charlie replied "yes, you are all set!" After paying the bill I asked my friend when we could use his truck to pick them up, he said he could pick them up a few days later on Saturday July 19th. On Saturday July 19th K&W Cycle loaded the 4 wheelers into my friends truck with a hi-lo, and my friend asked the K&W Cycle employee "Do they both start?" The K&W Cycle employee replied "Yes"

We are now back at my house. When we started to unload the 4 wheelers off of the pickup truck and into my garage, I noticed several plastic bags of parts, screws, and bolts. My friend and I thought they were the old parts that K&W Cycle replaced. We first tried to start my brothers 4 wheeler, and it started. We put it in the garage, excited that we could ride again. I then tried to start my 4 wheeler, I pulled on the pull start about 20 times and was very upset that mine would not start. I took a closer look and noticed that my brand new battery that I paid for was not on my 4 wheeler. I then noticed that my fender, which was supposed to be held together by 5 bolts, was flapping in the wind and the bolts were in one of the bags. I started investigating the different bags of parts. In one of the bags was my starter relay, some bolts for my fender, and some longer bolts in which I had no idea where they came from. We called K&W Cycle and asked them about the battery and they said they forgot to put it back on the 4 wheeler, and it was still on the charger. I drove back to K&W Cycle and picked up the battery and told them that I was very disappointed with the service that I paid $1,346.95 for. When I returned home I installed the starter relay, and the battery K&W Cycle forgot to install.

I now had power and my 4 wheeler should start. I pulled on the pull cord at least 30 times and the 4 wheeler would not start. How could K&W Cycle start my 4 wheeler? I honestly don't believe they ever tried. I took off the spark plug and cleaned it. After installing the spark plug, my 4 wheeler started on the first pull. I was now happy and in my mind forgave K&W Cycle for their mistakes.

When I tried to put my 4 wheeler in gear, nothing happened. The 4 wheeler would not go into reverse or forward gear. I then noticed that the plastic cover over the transmission was being held on by one bolt, there are 6 bolts that need to be installed. I remember a bag of longer bolts, these were the bolts for the transmission cover that K&W Cycle never put back on. At this point I called my friend who helped me pick up the 4 wheelers and told him that mine would not go into gear. He went outside and looked in the back of the truck and found the belt drive in his truck bed. Basically K&W Cycle took my 4 wheeler apart, told me that I needed a new battery and a new belt drive, charged me for the repair, and then threw all of the parts into the bed of a truck. K&W Cycle never fixed my 4 wheeler, and that is why I am filing a dispute of the charges. I am 38 years old and I have never filed a dispute, but this is robbery.

After a couple of days speaking with K&W Cycle, I decided to give them another chance to fix my 4 wheeler. I called my friend to see when I could borrow his truck to drop my 4 wheeler off. He was not available until a week later, so I called K&W Cycle and asked them if they could send someone to my house to fix my 4 wheeler. K&W said they do not have mobile repair. I talked to the service manager Dave, and asked him if he could send someone to my house to pick up my 4 wheeler. He said that there is a charge of $80.00 to pick up my 4 wheeler. I thought this was absurd to ask me for more money considering I already paid them $1346.95. I scheduled K&W Cycle to pick up my 4 wheeler on July22nd for $80.00, and went to sleep frustrated and feeling like K&W Cycle was taking advantage of me. When I woke up the next morning, the day that K&W Cycle was scheduled to pick up my 4 wheeler, I called K&W Cycle and canceled the pick-up of my 4 wheeler and told them I will complete the repairs and/or bring my 4 wheeler to someone other than K&W Cycle. I told the service manager Dave, to have someone form K&W Cycle call me back so I can have my account credited, K&W Cycle has not contacted me or credited my account.

On July 26th, 2014 I went to my friend's house to pick up the drive belt from the back of his pickup truck. I went home and reinstalled the drive belt that K&W Cycle took off and told me needed to be replaced. After I had my 4 wheeler put back together, I started it and drove it up and down the street. My 4 wheeler worked perfect with the old drive belt that I was told needed to be replaced by K&W Cycle. I have 2 bolts missing from the transmission cover, and one bolt missing from reinstalling my fender. The parts that are missing are still at K&W Cycle. When I dropped off my 4 wheeler for service at K&W Cycle all of the screws and bolts were installed on my 4 wheeler.

I cannot trust any of the repairs completed by K&W Cycle. Before I bring my 4 wheelers back up north to ride, I will bring them both in for service to another company other than K&W Cycle. I do not feel safe knowing the quality of service that K&W Cycle has demonstrated. I would never send anyone to K&W Cycle for service on their vehicles, I feel that they lied to me many times, and they refused to contact me to resolve the problem.

My 2010 Victory Hammer was involved in a collision requiring MAJOR repairs. After dealing with Harley dealerships for years, I was more than a bit worried. The service Manager, Charlie, re-assured me every step of the way. My bike was finished faster than I expected, all parts were quickly ordered, ...

Just bought a Can-Am Maverick from Robbie. Great guy and gave me the best price around! I called several other dealers and no one could come close to his price! No pressure either.

Robbie DeMeulenaere the manager of K&W Cycle is a con-man. I bought a motorcycle for $5600, and they used high-pressure sales tactics to sell me a "tire and theft protection plan" that I didn't want for $600. They said I could cancel them and get a refund at any time, but when I tried they refused! ...

Furthermore, I had mechanical issues IMMEDIATELY after buying my motorcycle brand new with a warranty, but they REFUSED to fix my motorcycle after it broke only a month after purchase (while still under warranty)! They literally told me to go fix it myself! They also never told me that they opened a credit-card in my name and put the full purchase price of the motorcycle on it! The card had a limit of $5000, so I was immediately $1200 over!

Robbie DeMeulenaere is the most unethical, immoral, dishonest, lying salesman I have ever dealt with. K&W Cycle takes advantage of people, and has no regard for honesty or integrity. K&W Cycle took advantage of my ignorance and robbed me blind.

Poor service performed on my machine. Carb cleaned and 30 something miles later started leaking gas from the carb overflow. Manager blamed it on poor gas (ethanol content)

and the tip of the pin (that only a month prior and 30 something miles ago passed now is bad because of ethanol in gasoline. ...

Do not take your equipment to these crooks. I have an invoice and they said they only have a 30 day warranty on fuel service.

Will not be back and will make sure to tell anyone and everyone I see on the trails this year about how poorly the service and management is.

Bad decision not standing by your work and instead blaming it on gas.
