No one wanted help me too busy talking to each other! They will not negotiate at all will not let you test ride anything if you dont fill out the paperwork to buy it first. I had 12,000 in my pocket and still wouldn't work with me not even on $18 tag.
The inventory looks good but they won't ... start them until you commit to buy because most of them have seems to have engine problems from being pulled out of floods or something.
WHAT LOOKS GOOD AIN'T ALWAY GOOD FOR YOU!!!!
BUYERS BEWARE DON'T GET CHEATED OR BEATED OUT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!

Buyers most definitely beware!!
This place is without a doubt the WORST place I have ever done business with. Low energy salesman with horrible consumer relations skills. In the past I worked with Brandon, he was great and this time around I worked with Mike an inexperienced salesman, ... which was an absolute mess. Mike wasn't truthful about the price of my purchase, couldn't do basic math even with a calculator, never contacted me when my parts came in, nor did he explain the rebate process correctly. Lol... the letter Mike sent me for being a valued customer didn't even have my name on it just said, "Dear______" but yet he signed it and my name was even misspelled on the envelope, like I said, "low energy". The apple doesn't fall far from the tree though. The manager Don is a big goof, not to mention his talking skills and facial expressions are one of the same..... blank, a real class act, a matter of fact he hung up on me because he couldn't stand to hear how bad they are. Mike, Don and the lady in the office were all suppose to call me back about different things and never received one call. I even tried to speak to one of the owners and he was just as bad. I honestly don't see how they retain and stay in business. I received low trade in values on two low mile excellent condition trades. It was my fault because Don didn't even want to see the trades, it should have been a major clue, he just whipped out numbers, low balled me but I let it go because the salesman misrepresented the rebate process and price of my purchase, which made me think I was making out on the whole deal. Doug the financial rep was a decent guy but pay close attention to his speaking and terminology, he's not explanatory with crucial parts of the numbers, initials or signatures. In my case, instead of explaining what I was initialing and signing, Doug said, "initial here, this is what you and Mike discussed". Well Mike and Doug were not at all on the same page.
FYI.... the parts rep said the restocking fee for returns are 20%. I wanted to return parts that my salesman ordered for me and they tried to tell me they couldn't return my parts because they were financed but yet they got their money from the bank. On top of that, I later checked their website and it says the restocking fee is 15%. Lol.... the parts rep said it's been 20% for the past 6 years. Again.... low energy workers there, can't even keep up on their own website.
Here's a few free tips for J&J Cycle: Invest in some consumer relation courses, dump ur manager Don and earn ur money the right way, without deception.
Buyers.... do yourself a huge favor, shop around and read reviews. Just know that you will get no satisfaction after they take your money.
My only mistake, was trusting my salesman and thinking my business meant anything.

PUBLIC BEWARE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER, THE MERCHANDISE THEY SELL IS QUESTIONABLE AND THEIR COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER COMMITMENT AND SATISFACTION IS NON EXISTENT.........
I purchased a 2011 HD Limited on September 26, 2015 with 20K mile and was told it was run through the shop and ... there were no issues with it. Since I am from Pa I didn't receive the title upon sale and after waiting for it into January of 2016 I contacted them and they claimed it probably got lost in mailing and would have to reapply and send a duplicate copy. I finally received the title January 22, 2016.
Once I had the bike titled in Pa I took it to my local HD dealer to have it inspected and have the 20k service completed since J&J had not serviced it and had no knowledge of the past service history. Upon inspection by the dealership it was determined there was a noise detected in the engine and after after diagnosis it was found there were bad lifters which needed replaced, the cost of the repair was $817.95. I contacted J&J and spoke to Ken about the findings and cost for needed repairs, Ken stated he would have to speak to the owner but was pretty sure they would deny any assistance with the repair cost. Shortly later Ken called back saying I bought the bike as is and that I had gotten a good deal on the bike and if I needed to have this done I was still under retail for the cost of the bike.........?????? Really so I got a good deal just to have to spend the balance to make the bike right????? I again asked if they could cover just a portion of the cost and again he denied any assistance. I would have been satisfied if they would have offed and or stepped up to compensate me with any of the cost for repairs.
PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHEN DEALING WITH THIS MERCHANT SINCE THE BIKES THEY ARE SELLING MAY APPEAR TO LOOK GOOD AND IT MAY APPEAR YOU ARE GETTING A VALUE BUT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO A REPUTABLE SOURCE. BUY FROM A DEALER THAT STANDING BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL NOT SHYSTERS OUT TO LINE THEIR OWN POCKETS.

just bought my 2nd Harley from j&j and it was like the most unpressured atmosphere ever. they let me look and take my time deciding what I wanted. when I did decide they made it easy and quick. the owner and salespeople treated me the way you want to be treated. I would highly recommend dealing with ... them. also their price was way less than the local Harley dealers. thanks j and j.

Purchased a bike for my fiancee' birthday. Rich spent a lot of time showing us different bikes. Finally my lady decided on a V-Star and we were off and running. Financing was handled with a breeze. Signed everything on Sat the 8th of Feb. Went to pick the bike up Monday the 10th and everything was ... in order. Title came today the 14th. Nothing wrong with these folks, Thanks Rich! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This is the worst dealer I've ever been to. We bought a bike and after asking many questions about the condition of it since it was a used bike, we were told by CHAD that it was in EXCELLENT condition. That was so FAR from the truth!! We live out of state and had a 5 hour drive ... home. An hour out, the exhaust pipe FELL OFF.! Thankfully I was driving behind my husband with a truck full of tools and we were able to pull over on the highway and put it back on after taking the whole saddle bag off just to get to the bolts. A short time later, I could actually hear the bike in front of me. The engine was making such a loud knocking noise that I could hear it in my truck! We finally make it home and took it to a mechanic who simply listened to it and said, "you got screwed". There was oil/grease all over the front rotor, the loud clacking sound coming from the engine and a lot of engine noise. I called the dealer to demand my money back. No go. A week later they sent a semi to come pick it up. Another week later and they said it had a bad lifter and fork seal. They would fix it for free. Another week later and it still wasn't ready, they forgot to order the fork seal. FINALLY....4 weeks after we got it, I had to call to see if it was ready. "Oh, they didn't call you?" NOBODY called to say it was ready. We get there and a month later I still don't have a title, they can't find it!! Over an hour later, they bring out the bike and the temp plate is MISSING!!! They accused us of taking it off...WTF? They give us a new temp plate and we take it home. It is repaired. HOWEVER....not only did someone steal the temp plate while it was at THEIR shop...someone STOLE the gold eagle emblem that was on the back fender!!!!!!! There is a HOLE where it USED TO BE!!
The manager never even said squat to me before we left there. So much for customer relations!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
