Biker's Edge

I took my Polaris Ranger in for the 100 hour service. Took them 2 days to service it after I had an appointment. They changed the gear case oil and ran oil on the inside of the frame without cleaning it up, didn't grease the machine, didn't top the fluids off instead they tell me that I need to add ... antifreeze, all of this should be part of "service the unit"!! Then tell me the brake fluid need to be changed and that is something I can do! If I wanted to do all of this myself I wouldn't have taken it to them. Will go some place else next time.

The sales guy "big bird" or whatever his name is, is not very knowledgeable, arrogant, doesn't follow up after the sale and is not helpful at all after the sale. The service department couldn't repair the problems with my UTV and I had to take it to Hutch to have it repaired. The guys in Hutch actually ... know what is going on with the equipment. Bikers is overpriced compared to other places, the service dept is incapable, the sales person lacks knowledge of the equipment he is supposedly selling, the manager is an arrogant, cocky, unprofessional tool. The only thing good about the entire place is the finance lady. Very nice and helpful. I would suggest to never go to this place or use their service department.
