They treat me like i'am a pest. Iam of no value to them and i own a bmw and they service it, i don't understand why they have to be mean. My money spends

I couldn't believe how unsatisfied I was with my experience here.

I took my R90 in for charging issues which ended up being the alternator needing replacing. Almost $1,000 but whatever, it's a classic BMW and at a dealership so I expected it to be unreasonably pricey. What I didn't expect was to be treated so poorly through the entire process. The only staff interested in talking to me was the showroom salesmen. The service staff ignored me, and then acted like it was a hassle that I had brought my bike in to get serviced. They were however super friendly to the CHP officers hanging around and BSing with them while I waited in line. The repairs took three times as long as quoted and when I picked it up (after hours) my blinkers, brake lights, and cluster lights didn't work. I replaced the fuse and it immediately blew. Did that three more times. Brought the bike right back and they insisted they hadn't done anything that would cause that which I understand they didn't intentionally do anything but the bike wasn't blowing fuses before and now it is. They agreed to look into it. Held onto it for two more weeks before they could get around to it, then gave it back to me fuses not blowing but still saying they didn't know what happened.

While in the beginning of servicing my bike they acted completely indifferent to having my business at the end they were simply rude and dismissive. in case you're thinking man this guys sounds like a bitter jerk, I was totally polite and patient up until about the last two days where I eventually insisted that they needed to finish my bike and return it because all in all they had it for over a month.

Never again will I go there or buy parts from them.

They cheat on service and parts. They claim to perform the service and replace the parts, but they don't. Bad attitude toward customers and poor customer service.

NO RECOMMENDED.
