1982 CBX 1000, Been in our bike collection for just over a year. Decided to let someone else enjoy it. This last January we rebuilt the carbs, Clean /lubed chain, checked charging system, adjusted the valves, replaced the fork seals, rebuilt all three brake calipers, rebuild front Master cylinder, new brake pads front and rear, changed oil and filter, put in K&N air filter, changed spark plugs, lube cables and pivot points. Rode it to Elkhart Lake for a local motorcycle show this spring. Not rust in tank see pics. Tank has a small dime sized dent ( see pic) hard to see unless on correct angle. Bike has light rash on right side (see pics). Blinker dash indicator lights not working. Some very light pitting on fork tubes. High beam is not working. Bike is ready to be ridden.
