Selling my 2001 Ducati 900 SuperSport i.e. 14,700 miles. The
bike is in very good to excellent condition. The bike rides and handles
fantastic. The bodywork and paint is in great shape and looks great. Standard
features are a fully adjustable 43mm Showa fork , Brembo brakes with ss lines, Marchesini five spoke wheels, 904cc L-twin smooth
running fuel injected engine that pulls hard all through the rpm range, fully adjustable rear shock, six speed gearbox. Timing belts changed two years
ago, maybe 4,000 miles on them. Oil and filter changed in January this year and
every year I have owned it with Amsoil synthetic 20W-50. All brake and clutch
fluid changed last year. The front and rear brake pads were replaced with EBC
organics last year. The fuel filter was replaced in January this year. Pirelli
Diablo Rosso Corsa tires put on new last fall and they have a little over 1,000
miles on them. MBP valve collets installed and valve clearances adjusted two
years ago. You can look up EMS Ducati to see what they are about but basically
they are an improved keeper for the closing shim allowing for higher rpm and
longer maintenance intervals. Last
year I reset the throttle bodies, the throttle position sensor and synched the
throttle bodies. It starts, idles and runs perfect and it should not need any maintenance other
than oil changes for years. I have the owner's manual, several keys and the
tool/owner's manual bag but none of the tools that came with the bike. I will
