Electric motorcycles, though still in their infancy, are starting to gain a foothold in the marketplace. As costs start to come down and battery technology improves you’re likely to see more and more of these quiet two-wheelers on road and off. However, electric motorcycles are inexpensive charge up and maintenance costs should also be lower. Smaller manufacturers are currently leading the electric motorcycle charge, but the major manufacturers are not ignoring this new technology.
