Weekend Awesome - Bees Swarm Police Motorcycle
This week’s video is not for those with melissophobia, the fear of bees. Posted on Facebook by the Washington County Sheriffs Office in Oregon, the video shows a police motorcycle swarmed with bees.
Deputies responding to a traffic accident were surprised to find a cloud of bees settling on the tail of a police bike. Fortunately, another deputy arriving at the scene, one Lt. Robert Obernauf, has a background in apiary. Obernauf applied his beekeeping experience to collect the bees in a cardboard box. Here’s the full report from KPTV Fox 12.
