New owners also invited to a free track day
By Motorcycle.Com Staff, Apr. 01, 2008
Yamaha is giving away a one-year membership to the Northeast Sport Bike Association (NESBA) with every new sportbike purchased in 2008.

New Yamaha bike owners will also get a voucher for a free track day. This offer is available to purchases to R1, R6, R6S, FZ1 and FZ6 models and is valid for all purchases from participating dealers since January 1.

Yamaha becamea sponsor for the NESBA in 2007. The organization hosts more than 190 track day events at 23 different tracks around the country. Memberships usually cost US$75. Track day fees vary by location but may cost as much as $205.

As part of the agreement, NESBA members will receive coupons for $100 off the purchase of new Yamaha motorcycles and ATVs. As well, members are eligible for discounts to other Yamaha products.
